This two-hour workshop at Enablis on 29 September 2026 puts you inside a real product build: a wedding seating planner that Enablis is actively developing for a client. You're not watching a demo. You arrive, assess what's already built, work out what "done" looks like, and then get it over the line — keeping feuding relatives apart, handling dietary requirements, respecting top-table protocol, and filling every chair.

The session is structured around Enablis's eight-step process for agentic engineering. That covers grounding, framing, wiring in context, model choice, parallel work, delegation, tests that define "done", and a clear trail from request to finished work. Claude Code is already wired into the repo via MCP connections to Jira and knowledge bases. The CLAUDE.md is written, the subagents are configured, the tests are in place. You spend the session engineering, not configuring.

You'll practise running several agents in parallel across worktrees and branches, and you'll work through the full workflow: task raised, written up, built, reviewed, tested. The repo is yours to keep at the end, wired up and ready to use as a reference on your own work.

The format is hands-on and collaborative. Engineers of any level are welcome, as are tech leads, architects and consultants. If you're not technical, Enablis will pair you with someone who is.
